GENERAL ANDR� COX JOINS IN
CALL TO END EXTREME POVERTY
The Salvation Army's international
leader, General Andr� Cox, has joined
more than 30 leaders from major world
religions and heads of global faith-based
organizations to launch a clarion call to
action to end extreme poverty by 2030.
"Much of what we do now and many of
our development programs around the
world are actively supporting these
ideals and goals," said the General.
