WORDS TO LIVE BY
"Give thanks to the Lord because he is good,
because his faithful love lasts forever!"
Psalm 107:1
Can you smell the turkey cooking yet? Are you
making plans with your friends and family to sit
down and watch the football game...or will it
be the parade? Are you bracing yourself for the
awkward dinner conversation?
We give thanks in November for "food and
friends and all God sends," but sometimes
things don't go as we think they should, do
they? What can you do this month to make
things a little less awkward? Is there someone in
your life with whom you should make amends?
Let's remember to be thankful for everything
not just this month, but throughout the year!
Let's continue the conversation...

Napkins are things we use and discard every day. Life can so easily
be discarded as well. "A Sketch in Time" takes the idea of a discarded
napkin and redeems it through the art drawn upon it. Take comfort
in knowing that God specializes in Redeeming the Discarded.

but the workers are few."
