Salvation Army, by Eva Burrows and Stephen
Court, contains a selection of lectures from the
Army's international training councils, penned
by Generals Bramwell Booth, Albert Orsborn,
Erik Wickberg, Arnold Brown, Eva Burrows and
Paul A. Rader. While some of the papers--from
1925, 1951, 1974 and 2000--focus on the era
when they were written, others resonate with
truth that transcends time. Each lecture has
been revised and updated, and reading guides
and questions have been added to energize dis-
cussion. General Burrows has also contributed
three new chapters on leadership.
